I'm crocheting an ami pattern where the instructions say to turn the body part "V side" out before stuffing. In other words, the pattern designer works her rounds wrong side out and then turns the rounds right side out at the end. I'm super curious about how everyone here prefers their amigurumi to look - both the "right" and "wrong" sides look perfectly acceptable to me, and I know lots of people turn their bits inside out so the "wrong" side shows. Which side do you prefer? (If you're not sure which is which, refer to this page and scroll down.)

What side of the crochet do you all use as the outside/right side of your amigurumis? When I crochet amis they natually curve in towards me, making the side facing me be the inside of the ami unless I flip the shape inside out before I'm done. Is this normal? Should I flip it or leave it as it goes naturally? THX for any help and tips!
